    Each HPGR roller comprises a base body (shaft) with an attached roll body and a wear protection system. The operational principle involves two counter-rotating grinding rolls that apply high pressure to a column of material, creating micro-cracks that facilitate easier downstream processing.     In addition to using traditional high manganese steel (Mn13Cr2 and Mn18Cr2), we have pioneered the integration of titanium carbide inserts into our HPGR rollers.
